Overview
Meet Signexa is a shop-built operating system for sign, print, wrap and apparel shops. It connects AI-assisted email intake, CRM and estimates with the shop’s approved rate book, then carries job details into artwork, machine queues and installation planning. Follow-up sequences, Olli assistance, website tools and search visibility bring the next customer action into the same workspace. Built from hands-on South Florida shop experience, Meet Signexa helps teams keep customer context, pricing decisions and production readiness together as the work moves forward.
What makes Meet Signexa different
- Email intelligence tied to the job. Customer threads can feed CRM records and estimate drafts. Reminders, configured sequences and permission-aware Olli assistance keep the next response connected to the original request.
- Pricing that follows the shop’s own rules. AI organizes job details and flags missing specifications. The approved rate book calculates the price from product, material, labor and equipment records, with a breakdown staff can review.
- Machine planning through installation. Equipment queues connect priorities, operators and setup-batch suggestions. Crew and vehicle assignments, site details and readiness checks carry that work into the field.
- Approvals tied to the artwork revision. Proof comments and approvals stay with the revision; changed artwork needs renewed approval. Materials, specifications and payment can still prevent a job from being released to production.
- Growth work connected to customer history. Website forms and live chat feed CRM. Follow-up sequences and newsletters keep customer outreach close to shop operations, while search visibility findings feed a content queue for staff review.
The story behind Meet Signexa
Built from our own shop experience
Our background is in sign and print work in South Florida, including Miami. We know the day can move from a customer conversation to artwork, materials, production and an installation crew needing information. The schedule keeps moving while the details change.
A customer revises the size. A proof needs another round. Material is still on order. Someone needs to know whether a job can be promised for Friday. The work crosses the whole shop, and someone has to keep those details connected.
We dealt with those problems ourselves. We used the same kinds of tools other shops use: email, spreadsheets, whiteboards, folders, calendars and separate business systems. Each helped with part of the work. Keeping the story together still took people, memory and repeated questions.
The tools that became Meet Signexa started with those everyday struggles. We wanted customer information to follow the estimate. We wanted the floor to see what was ready and what was waiting. We wanted files, approvals and installation details where the next person could find them. We wanted follow-up to survive a busy day.
As those tools connected, the idea grew into a platform for the industry. The principle stayed practical: the next person touching a job should have the context to move it forward.
That begins before production. An email conversation can become a CRM contact or an estimate draft. AI helps organize the request and surface missing information, while approved shop rates determine the price. Staff can review the inputs and approve the next step.
It continues through the work. Proof approval stays tied to the correct artwork revision. Equipment-specific queues show which steps are waiting at each station. Installation planning carries the job into crew assignments, site details and completion information.
It also reaches the work around the order. Thread reminders and configured follow-ups help the team return to a quiet quote. Olli supports shop questions, reviewed drafts and tasks within workspace permissions. Website and visibility tools connect lead capture and marketing work to the same business context.
That is the reason for Meet Signexa’s breadth. The owner, estimator, designer, operator and installer all see different parts of the same business. Giving them connected information makes the next action easier to understand.
We built these tools because we needed them in our own work. Meet Signexa carries that experience forward for shops facing the same changing specifications, busy production days, customer questions and unfinished follow-ups.
