PLEXIGLAS® LED is an acrylic material family developed around the way LED light travels and spreads. In an illuminated sign, the face material affects whether a viewer sees an even glow or distracting points of light. The backlit versions are designed to diffuse light across a sign face, while the edge-lit versions guide light through the material.
That distinction gives designers options for light boxes, dimensional letters, and slimmer illuminated details. The range includes different forms and colors, so the right selection depends on the LED arrangement and the desired appearance both during the day and after dark.
